Andréa, a New Yorker & Eastender, and would describe herself as a visual being.
That’s even the name of her interior design firm, Visual Beings, LLC. In addition,
she’s been a Hairstylist & Colorist in NYC for 4 decades and co-owned her own salon
for 20 of them. Instead of a canvas, her medium has been painting and sculpting hair
and creating beautiful and comfortable living spaces.
Since Covid, she has been living out in Amagansett full time and has circled back
around to painting, drawing & is currently studying encaustic, which is her new
passion. Her love of color and texture is evident in her work. She continues to be
inspired by all of her community and the beauty of the east end of Long Island.
She has exhibited at Guild Hall, The Watermill Museum and Ashwag Hall.
