2023 Fall Show Registration

The show dates are October 6, 2023, to October 9, 2023, from 10:00, am to 6:00 pm.
October 9, from 10:00, am to 4:00 pm
The artwork take-in is October 5, 2023, from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm.
Pickup artwork on October 9, 2023, from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
There is a reception on Saturday, October 7, 2023, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
A space per artist's work is 50" high X 36" wide. Your work must fit into this area.
Bins available with 5 pieces per artist, matted and wrapped flatwork. No stretched canvases. Size limit 20" X 20"
Sculptors must provide their own pedestals.
Below you will see Artwork #1, and #2 Only Artwork #1 is required. You are allowed 2 works. Artwork #2 is for your other work.
Attach a label to each piece with the name of the artist and artwork title.

AAEH shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the artist’s work or property arising out of the art exhibition, mounting, or any other activities involved in the presentation.
All artwork must be wired in the back of the work. Unwired work cannot be accepted.
All bin art MUST be MATTED, and WRAPPED in plastic, and securely taped on the back, or they cannot be accepted.
Only original artwork will be accepted. Prints are not allowed.

Each participating artist is required to sign-up for a two-hour sitting slot
